Homes by Grace provides affordable rental homes for underserved families in Eastern Connecticut. Megan O'Connell is the founder of Homes by Grace. She served 4 years in the Navy and is now a Construction Manager and Sustainability Consultant. Along with her husband Ben, Megan has managed personal rental properties for 14 years.   

Megan's dog Grace is the namesake for the company. Megan gave her a home in 2007. Grace was with us 10 years before she passed. She was an amazing dog, full of life.
